Philanthropy is often designed to fund organizations, but not always designed around how organizations actually grow.
Across portfolios, I’ve seen that most social impact organizations face similar inflection points:
Transitioning from founder-led to team-based leadership
Building governance structures that support scale
Strengthening operational infrastructure while maintaining mission alignment
These are not isolated challenges; they are systemic patterns.
My work focuses on identifying those patterns and translating them into better philanthropic strategies, investment approaches, and support structures.
